Tremolo Cove is not hard to reach.  It's 10 minutes and 5.1 miles from the northeast corner of International Falls, where the bridge crosses the US-Canadian border.

Directions:

• From the Convention and Visitor's Bureau, on 2nd Ave, head east on Highway 11.
• After 4 miles you'll pass the Rainy Lake One Stop gas station on your right.
• Continue east on Highway 11 for a half mile.
• Bear left off of Highway 11 at the signs for Point of Pines and Camp Idlewood, still heading east.
• Immediately turn left (north) on County Road 20.
• Continue straight north for 0.3 miles until you must turn left or right.
• Turn right (east) onto Town Road 225, which is one block long, running the length of Iltis Point.
• Tremolo Cove (3069 Town Road 225) is just past Rainy Lake Marina.
• Town Road 225 turns into the paved driveway for Tremolo Cove while a private dirt road forks slightly to the right and continues to the end of Iltis Point.
